I won't buy them anymore and neither should you. In the past, you could get one of those plastic cartridges that wrapped on itself, making them twice the thickness and half the length of their usable. Tonight I reached "the last straw". I've opened 4 of these faulty cartridges in a row and this is the last for me. I'm currently looking at different products that can be used for my cats waste, but I'm getting rid of Litter Genie. I had this for many years and this problem was there from the start but gradually it got worse and now it's over for me. I don't spend money on a poor quality product. I've found that plastic bags work too, but not without problems. I will look for an alternative. To potential buyers I say - find out more - good idea, but lousy craftsmanship. You will spend your money.
