We lost our old remote (Dog ate it? Lost it somewhere on the couch? Legs grew and ran out the door? Who knows!) and needed a replacement. It works great right out of the box - no programming or special steps required, just point it at your TV and turn it on! The little keeper is cute and will hopefully help prevent future long-distance loss.
