Lightweight, comfortable shoes for walking and hiking

Failed to load media. I basically gave my review by speaking in my video. I definitely recommend them and will buy them again. I did an 8 mile walk in them and they have held up very well. I really like the feeling of being barefoot and it's almost like walking barefoot without the little pebbles getting stuck in your foot all the time :-) However, if you're not used to walking barefoot, you need to know that you absolutely feel a lot kicks through the soles. I don't find it painful or sharp, but it may be a new feeling for some people. These shoes are very flexible and incredibly light. What surprised me is that the fabric is spandex. They feel very, very, very light and I hope they will hold up over time. I'm sure you could use them as water shoes, but the bottom is strong enough that I will continue to use them as everyday walking and hiking shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 and these are an 8.5. They fit very well as they definitely don't fall off and I don't get blisters. However, they *feel* a lot roomier than other shoes I've bought. They seem to be too big because they are so flexible and roomy inside. Day after day I don't wear socks with them and they feel good. During my long hike I wore very thin socks and I'm glad I did. It didn't look bulky at all. But actually they fit very snugly on my feet and stay the same as the shoes. They may feel different than usual but I felt great in them and I'm glad I bought them :-)
