Review on 🐶 NUTRO Natural Choice Senior Dry Dog Food: Nourishing Lamb & Chicken Blend for Aging Dogs by Donna Colbert

This is our second purchase of Revain's Nutro's Wholesome Essentials Natural Dry Dog Food. The first pack a few months ago seemed fine and our 10 year old Golden seemed to eat it with no problem. She had bouts of yellowish stools and was lethargic but after a week it was gone and we put it down to something else, maybe treats too, no. it couldn't be, and nothing serious was found on examination by a veterinarian. Anyway, after a few weeks our dog stopped eating this bag and refused to eat it, only taking a few token bites even when asked. She was again lethargic with yellow stools. When we switched to another brand, she perked up and her BM issues were resolved in about a week. We used the store bought brand Nutro and had no worries before. We will not be buying again and I would shy away from feeding this food to an older dog. I hope it was just a bad bunch, but saving a few bucks isn't worth your old dog's health.
