Let's start by saying this dress is amazing! I'm 5'0, 118 lbs. I am athletic. My arms are bigger so as others have written in their reviews it was tight in the arms. But the fabric is stretchy so it wasn't uncomfortable, but I wish the sleeves were about 1/4 inch larger. I ordered medium dark blue. I wore it to a weekday party. When I first tried it on I wasn't sure I would wear this dress - it's just different from how I normally dress - but my husband liked it so I wore it. I got about 15 compliments on this dress at the party! The ladies liked it. The dress fits like a glove. The material is heavier and the hem has good material to match the petticoat. I wore a 1950s rockabilly style tutu petticoat by Tidetell for added fullness. The dress was about a tea length on me. Highly recommended! For $39 you really can't go wrong!
