I've used several knife sharpeners over the years. From knife vices that hold the stone at a precise angle (works very well but takes time to set up each knife/stone). This one is definitely one of the easiest. I have a similar one that I bought many years ago but it only has 1 ceramic stone set. Using Corse Then Fine made it quick and easy to sharpen all of my knives razor sharp in seconds. This product takes the mystery and art out of knife sharpening so much that everyone should be able to sharpen a knife. I highly recommend this product and I have friends who buy it and have the same experience.
