Our company writes software for the fresh food industry. Our customers use multiple tablets in their warehouses to scan batch numbers and incoming pick quantities, or to count physical inventory by batch number, etc. We use Panasonic Toughbook Windows 10 tablets to track items in the warehouse. . Most of the time, these tablets are used without a keyboard or mouse. They have a stylus and a touchscreen, so they perform the same functions as a mouse, but software keyboards aren't easy to use. Sometimes it is VERY useful to have a RUGGED, reliable, fairly small keyboard and mouse for tablet use, so our customers can use regular tablets for regular Windows programs that are not optimized for tablet use. We chose this ARTECK keyboard and mouse because they offered Bluetooth, the keyboard was quite small, light weight and METAL. That this keyboard has a metal back was very important to us. During our initial testing, we immediately connected to the mouse, but were unable to connect to the keyboard via Bluetooth and reported this to ARTEC support. To our surprise, they responded IMMEDIATELY and requested documentation on the issue to provide assistance. After submitting the documentation, ARTECK support provided us with a Revain code for a free replacement of the defective device. The next morning we had a new keyboard and mouse and were able to connect the keyboard to the tablet. This keyboard connected to the tablet without any problems. We recommend this ARTECK Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to all our customers. Ron Jones
