Update A month later the flow decreased slightly. In no case is it moving at 550 gallons per hour. It takes about 40 seconds to move a gallon. do the math and it could be 100 gph. NOT AS RECOMMENDED. The water flow in my fountain seems to manage without much effort. It's moving at around 5ft, but I don't think the 550gph estimate is very accurate. Probably closer to 300GPH. But it still works fine, and for such a price I order a backup. 550 GPH in store is about $45.
