This is a high quality sew on or embroidery shirt. I ordered a size 8/9 for a 7 year old girl who weighs 60 pounds. She usually wears a size 7/8 top. I wasn't sure about washing shrinkage so I hand washed and line dried before embroidering the St Patrick's Day design. The color will not fade or fade when hand washed in a mild detergent. Fits well, shirt length is about 2 inches shorter than other brands, but no real problem with leggings, jeans, shorts or a skirt. Light green color. Would order again.
