works better than a brush or pumice stone but don't go crazy with frequency of use

I don't know if nanoglass foot files are a new invention but now I suddenly see them quite often from few sellers. I've never liked using a pumice stone (oops) or brush (doesn't help much) to get rid of rough skin on my heels, and I didn't want to mess with electronic ones because they seem too cumbersome. I'm so glad I decided to try nanoglass because now I have soft, clean heels. It is shaped like a mouse and feels good in the hand. I tried it on my soles and after peeling off the dead skin my heels were smooth and soft. I then applied lotion and even put on some soft foot socks for extra moisture and softness. At first I was concerned - glass - would it cut the skin? With careful and proper use, there should be no pain or cuts on the skin. I'm a little confused because I read online that you should use it on dry feet while some say you should only use it on wet feet. I have personally used it on wet feet as I found it worked better. It's up to you to decide which way is safer and more correct. Don't use it too often (weekly) as you may end up peeling healthy skin which I think will be painful. According to the description on this page, the recommended usage time is every 25 days, which is about once a month. I personally plan to use it 2-3 times a month depending on the condition of my soles. Make your own decision based on your legs or just follow the timing guidelines. This product works great, it's easy to hold, easy to clean and dry, and it WORKS! I can't stop touching my soft heels and this time I don't have scratchy, rough soles.
