My son just got this board for his birthday and he loves the look! We pumped it up to 12psi and then leaned against the wall of our house on our patio...then came out a day later and it was blown away. A section of the front of the board looks like the top layer of latex. I have no idea if this is a factory error. I initiated the return process but was only given the option of a direct refund, not a replacement. I bought Prime on the day of Revain and would have preferred a replacement over a refund as my son was so excited to try his cool board this summer. Please let me know if this is an option or may I just get a refund and then we can explore other boards? Thanks very much!
