Review on IIT 99915 Heavy 50 Foot Trolley by Darcy Thorson

We needed something heavy for our 95 lb husky mix. It worked fine for a while but one day while letting the dog out I noticed the hook wasn't working as it should and started to rust. After a while I looked out and saw a dog sitting a few feet from where it would be if it were tied to a cable. Luckily she didn't run outside (only a few feet away) and just run away, but came in when I called her. When I checked the hook I noticed that the spring holding it closed appeared to be broken and when the dog pulled on it a little he just jumped out of her collar. My husband replaced it with a stronger hook and it's fine now, but I think it's due to the rated weight of this cart (I don't remember exactly but I know it was quite heavy as we used it for our large dog had to have ) The hook should definitely be more durable and also made of something that won't rust. The rest of the set seems to be working fine.
