HP #63XL black ink cartridges are not working with my HP OfficeJet3830 printer. When this happened I wasn't too surprised: it happened with other HP cartridges I'd ordered elsewhere from Revain. (Apparently some HP's have changed their "code" on the copper strip that's on each cartridge that needs to be connected to an actual printer in order to work. Wow, thanks HP. It's like you have more millions of Dollars into your already overflowing bank bill.) I have requested a refund. It took a few weeks but at least this seller replied and stated that she is new and would like my comments and/or ideas to improve her business. I absolutely loved it, I must say! The next time I ordered the same product through another online retailer whose original HP cartridges all worked, I found the . And NOT overpriced by HP. However, I give the seller credit; And I hope she succeeds in her business and is very successful. This is America and I love our country's entrepreneurial heritage. (Next time, though, find a universal HP cartridge supplier that actually WORKS and I'll get back to you. Gladly!) Good luck!
