Be careful - NO CONES included

I was hesitant about whether to return it or not and decided to keep it anyway. I thought it was "table" decoration with cones. Just be warned. You have to stick them on the stick and hope the round sticker (included) will hold it in place (I use white or orange tape). I'm going to use big real traffic cones and tape a few right on top, and maybe use some sticks behind the top of the cone and use some orange tape again. upset.
