I'm older than dirt and have a chronic wrist injury that caused me to wear the famous wrist brace that uses a metal or plastic spoon to keep my wrist straight. They've gotten too expensive, and since I often (not every day, but often) wear a "bandage" I've decided to look for other wrist stabilizers. I bought them from two different companies and two different brands. When I tried them for the first time they didn't work, turns out I turned them the opposite way than I should. Once I understood them, they worked. They are easy to clean and have no ugly appearance.
