I originally gave this product four stars. I have used it several times and liked it. But I'm upgrading my rating to two stars because I noticed that the capsules leave marks on my clothes. I noticed small white spots on my clothes and realized they were from capsules. Another downside is that the packaging says to use two capsules for a medium load of laundry. I haven't compared this to a Tide pod, for example, so I don't know if this is common, but figured I'd only need one pod to load. Or at least I was hoping that I only need two capsules for a very large amount of laundry. Two medium-duty capsules seem exaggerated. And finally, the capsules are very fragile, so some of them were broken when I received my order. I have decided to stop using Grabgreen detergent capsules. But I am satisfied with many of their other products.
