They are much larger than expected. I used kitchen scissors to cut a couple of them in half. Now I have twice as much. They come in very handy for quickly chopping an apple or turkey out of a large chunk of turkey and then tossing them in the sink to wash up after dinner. This is the second set of these thin plastic cutting tools that we have purchased. Another set lasted 3 or 4 years before the discs started causing problems. They pick up cuts and dents quickly when pushed hard, but I consider them semi-disposable. This is convenient so that you don't have to use large cutting boards and prepare large meals.
