Review on 📺 Roku Mounting Kit | TotalMount (Supports Roku HD, Roku XS, and Roku XD) by Chucky Hepler

I first tried the "Small Picture Command Hanging Bands" and they worked for a couple of weeks but eventually the unit fell off the TV. Then I tried two strips to hold it (it doesn't weigh much) thinking it should hold the device. But no, a week later it fell off again. I think the problem was that the back of the device isn't entirely smooth and flat. So there is a little pressure that pushes the box away from the straps and eventually it falls down. I could have tried turning the box over and installing it upside down, but I didn't. Instead I decided to buy a mounting kit. When the kit arrived I installed it in 5 minutes. (Okay, maybe 10 minutes because I straightened out some cable runs). Assembly was easy as the kit comes with 5 different clips, screws and even a velcro strap. I have round vents so I used round hole clips and attached the bracket to the TV. Roku box with or without the cables attached and then sideways into the mount. It couldn't be easier. Now I have to make sure the heat from the TV vents doesn't harm the Roku. This is a 56 inch plasma TV, so considerable heat is generated. If I find a problem I will update this review.
