Slightly larger but they fit. Order normal size. No stretch after a few days. these work. Would be perfect for a workout. I can tell where my feet are, feel the ground and still have some protection for my feet. I just use them around the house, lighter than running shoes, safer than flip flops. Wash just enough to complete the burglary. Holds up great. I love these shoes!
