Easy to use and not too rough on the heels.
Handle just the right length. The paddle has two sides but I can't tell much of a difference between them. The grit isn't too coarse and if you rub gently you don't have to worry about breaking through the skin. I've already used it twice in the shower and try not to rub too hard. My feet, especially my heels, are smoother. I recommend a new user to use this in the bath or shower and make sure your feet are nice and soaked before using the pumice stone. Don't try to completely soften your legs during the first scrub. It makes it easy.
