Bought them for a trip to Hawaii. I wanted something that would provide toe protection for light hiking but still get me wet. It was very comfortable, even for long walks. From the hiking trails on Haleakala to Dragon's Teeth and Blowhole on Maui's West Loop, it was awesome. I was expecting them to be battered and worn by the end of the trip but they are still in great condition so I will be taking them next summer too! Very important.
