UPDATE: Doesn't lay flat

UPDATE MAY 2019: Carpet flat after about a day. I had to put the books in the corners and turn them over, but it worked. I decided to leave the rug - it's really pretty! Full disclosure, I have kids and little crumbs get stuck that my Dyson doesn't always pick up. The carpet is very soft and comfortable. pure white. But I can't let it lie flat. The middle is raised in several places, all edges are curved. Maybe I'll give it back if it doesn't fall soon. :(
