I LOVE THESE KNIVES

There's nothing I like more than being a little quirky and these knives fit that perfectly! I like to take them with me for prep and cooking just because of the fun colors. That being said, mine came perfectly sharp right out of the box and I was impressed with their dexterity. Of course, I mostly use a paring knife and a chef's knife (and sometimes a santoku when I don't need a weight), so I can't call it a carving or bread knife. Overall I am very happy with them and hope to use them for a very long time.
