As I found out when ordering this dust cap breaks very easily, not because people are particularly clumsy but because it is poorly designed for its purpose. I was informed that the seller actually ships a few each month (it's one of their best selling items!). As happy as I am to be able to replace it, I am beyond surprised that the expensive Hoover product advertised and marketed by Neiman Marcus as "the best stick vacuum" was so cheaply designed. Would I buy this product again? Yes. Will I buy from this parts dealer again? Most likely! Overall a good experience with this product.
