A schematic showing possible applications of the product would be great! There was no documentation with the product.
The output voltage is NOT regulated to 12VDC as stated!. I have a stable input voltage of 24VAC on both "AC" terminals and I get an output voltage of 16.4VDC across the + and - terminals. I need a stable 12VDC output to power the 12VDC security cameras from an old 24VAC CCTV system in my warehouse. The LM7812 is said to accept a maximum input voltage of 37 volts and deliver a stable output voltage of 12 VDC. Not this circuit. Should I connect anything to the GND pins of the input/output ports? A schematic showing possible applications of the product would be great! The product lacked the documentation that came with it.
