Series damper for Ranger Sport without equipment.

This is the standard Ford Ranger Sport front shock absorber. Unfortunately, none of the pairs I ordered came with mounting hardware. So now I need to buy additional gear as I can't reuse my truck's gear (Monroe shocks).
