Overall I like this bag. It's a good size (I have an 11lb Shih Tzu/Bichon Frize) and has multiple straps for proper attachment and attachment to the bike. One problem is that they use very cheap side strap buckles that don't dig into the strap at all. I pull on the strap to tighten it on the bike, but any light weight will weaken the straps. I had to tie it in a knot while driving and I will eventually have to undo the stitching from the belt to take this cheap buckle off and put on the correct piece. For a $50 bag, it should have matching buckles. I emailed their support team but received a less than satisfactory response, just something along the lines of "we will try to do better in the future". Weak.
