I bought 2 defenderpads a while ago and have really enjoyed using them with my laptops (and I have tested them with a gauss meter and they block EMI!). However, both Defender pads started bubbling on the top rubber layer after a while (after the warranty period had expired) and the laptop no longer lay flat. I contacted their warranty department and although they were no longer under warranty they stated that they had some issues with this old model and they were happy to send a replacement free of charge. That's what I call excellent customer service and support for your product. Thanks to Defendershield for the correct behavior!
