I have a love/hate relationship with this wedge. I bought a total of 3 different wedges after undergoing more painful than expected knee surgery which required me to sit on the couch for 2 weeks with height requirements. At first it was my least favorite. It's about 4 inches less, so when used properly my leg hangs off the edge at an angle below my hip - uncomfortable and after a while my leg stops circulating. I'm 5ft 8in but not prominent. Like a child. It also doesn't have a traditional cover, so the Velcro on my ice wrap sticks to it, meaning I get stuck in it at times. Very annoying. Nevertheless, after 2 weeks it is my favorite wedge. The others flattened out a bit from me, but this one held its shape. The foam is of very good quality and better than most others you will find at Revain in the same price range. To solve the length problem, I just put some pillows underneath. This doesn't work in bed, but I've found that using it diagonally I can still get some angulation under my hip and extra room at the top to support my leg - but that doesn't work if you want both legs high. It helps! Knowing what I'm doing now, I want to pay more attention to the length and density of the pillow before buying it.
