Review on ๐ŸŽง Aux Interface for Honda 2.3 Accord, Civic, CRV, Acura CL, EL, MDX 1998-2005 | Yomikoo Radio Adapter Audio CD Changer 3.5mm Aux Interface by Scott Tompkins

UPDATE REVIEW. SIMPLE SOLUTION. Too much noise in the signal. Nothing for audiophiles.

UPDATE. Open it when buying. There are 2 screws on the case. You need to peel off the white label. I jumped over two wires: a thick black ground wire and a blue wire. No pics: I started by grounding the blue wire first after plugging it into the back of the unit. I screwed a similar cable into the housing of the radio itself. This reduced the noise by 50%. Adding a cable in the AUX box further reduced the noise by 45%. I haven't done a lot of testing and troubleshooting as everything I've done up to this point has been with the engine running. I just decided I would do both and forget about it. Maybe you can jump like the picture and you're done. Please test before conversion with the engine running. YOMIKOO: Please implement this solution in your equipment. Simple solution! And your ratings will improve. Yes, this requires a built in ground loop isolator. The Aux cable produces a constant and consistent buzz and whistle as the engine revs up. Actually quite a shame. This product costs $22, you can buy a new Bluetooth deck for about $25. If sound is important to you, spend your money elsewhere. Some people have managed to add a 30 pin bluetooth adapter to one of these https://amzn.com/B01ALDYGEG.
