I had the 13.1 inch and after the second use all the REDs were gone. I tried to get it working for a few more days but I decided to return it. Definitely a quality control issue with this monitor. There are no settings in the menu related to color adjustment (only five buttons - power, volume up, input select, volume down, menu). The menu has only one input choice - no color or contract or other typical controls).
