Doesn't work well when the phone is in a case.

Charging is normal. I like the way the phone stands so it's easy to see when it's on the table. The downside is that it doesn't work well when the phone is in a case. I need to remove the case before using the charger. My wife too. She has an iPhone 11 and I have an SE.
