Comfortable mattress. We noticed two problems when we opened the box. One of the locking straps broke so we had to use my son's karate belt to tie it. And one of the screws doesn't go in because the part is bent and we had to bend it open with pliers. But the holes don't match, so we still can't insert the screw. We also found that on a tiled floor (which we have throughout the house) the entire bed slides around at night. Update: The seller of this item has contacted me and apologized for the problems encountered. They gave me advice on how to fix them. It is clear that the bent part is most likely caused by the rough handling of the packaging during transport. We managed to get the bolt in and it's solid. They have fantastic customer service. They are very polite and understanding and even refunded me $40 for my purchase. The bed as a whole is incredibly comfortable and durable. I would buy this item again from this seller if I ever need another one.
