Review on 🔪 Wusthof Gourmet 5-Inch Santoku Knife with Hollow Edge by Lynn Cook

- just a note on the handle of these knives, it's not. that's all. not sure if this is better or worse, just took it and put it on my old one and noticed that the new one has no metal at the junction between the handle and the blade. I like the look of the old one; the handle is also slightly larger, the knife is 1/4 inch longer, but the blade is the same size and shape. It will take me some time to figure out which is the best, but for now for anyone looking to customize their set or replace their favorite knife. There may be old stock lying around. and the search begins!
