These knives have been rated BEST by Consumer Reports.
Blades are not sharp when delivered. Several attempts to sharpen the blade were unsuccessful. The grips appear to have a sandy texture. I do not recommend these knives to anyone. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the product and the performance. I tried using a paring knife to peel peaches. Eventually I gave up on that knife and pulled out my $7 Fabreware knife to get the job done.
