Review on Adjustable Backplane Heatsink Backplate Radiator by Ramon Hood

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Threaded inserts are made from inferior aluminum and will fail.

I chose one of these for my MSI Tomahawk 450Max. I used AMD Spire cooler. After customizing the mount for the AM4, I proceeded to install the cooler. The thread seemed a bit wobbly, but the cooler screwed perfectly into the first rack. The rest of the posts are split along the thread axis. It wasn't a good situation and I had to throw the whole mount away as the posts that came with it were proprietary to that brand's mount. Spend a few bucks more and get a better motherboard processor bracket.
