These buttons are of excellent quality in every respect. But in my experience they don't work well with thin fabric or anything other than leather. I've tried them on faux leather, spandex, leather. They love to move. They don't seem tight enough if something isn't thick enough. Maybe I just don't know the technique. So I recommend buying them and expecting to spend at least ten of them to see how they hold up if you put them on just enough etc. I use them properly.
