Very disappointed. If this was the first item I ordered from MORryde I would never order from them again. But since the first item I ordered from them was ok, I can order another one. problems. Poor shipping/packaging. Although the package arrived damaged, I don't think it caused any major problems. The block was bent in several places, I clamped it in a vise and straightened everything. All of the bolts were loose, including those attached to the pilot bearings, so the retractable arm was not held properly. It moved and rumbled. When I attempted to tighten the bearing bolts I found that they were using the wrong fasteners and tightening the bolts resulted in them grabbing both the inner and outer races, locking the bearing in place so that it didn't turn. Luckily I have a fairly full magazine and was able to find some washers of the right size so tightening the bolts only stressed the inner race and the bearing would spin. In addition to the bearings, there are plastic guides to fix the moving arm from side to side. They were mounted backwards, outside-in, not inside-out. When I attached it, the moving lever didn't go through its hole, the tube was bent at one end. Let's go back to the vise to straighten up a little more. After all modifications and installations, the mount works as advertised, but I figured I was buying a finished product, not a "kit" that the user needs to work on before use.
