I used this lunch box 4 days in a row as a local trucker. To be honest, it works really well once you know how to use it. The lunch bag was a nice "extra" but of very poor quality, the seams came undone on the first day. But then again, I didn't make this purchase because of the bag. The first day I put in some white rice with ground beef, drove about an hour from West Palm Beach, Florida to Miami and the food was hot! I had to let it cool but the rice on the bottom was hard as rock. The next day rice with beef pieces and potatoes. This time I added some water to the rice and when I got back to Miami everything was perfect! Since then I've been adding some water to the food and it's a five star meal...(depends on the chef of course. Lol) would recommend to anyone who doesn't have access to a microwave.
