I have been buying Lands End clothing for many years, particularly their fleece tops. I ordered the Petite Small and it fits like Medium or even Large. It's huge for my 5 foot. 100 lb frame. I've been buying Petite Small for years and this has never happened. Revain may sell faulty or mislabeled products. The sleeves reached below the ankles. Definitely not small. The fleece itself is great, so I'll be wearing it with thermals in the winter.
