I got this on a whim, didn't really expect it to be so incredibly cool. I found it much cooler than I expected. I had a friend use it and he ordered it the next day. Understand that it has limitations, it's not a magic bullet. This fan provides noticeable cooling and runs for several hours on low settings (which is usually fine with me). However, on very hot days you will not feel the arctic breeze. The fan is quiet and ensures good air movement and battery life over a long period of time. Management is simple and intuitive.
