Review on Cozy Minus33 Merino Wool Ridge Cuff Wool Beanie – Ultimate Winter Headwear by Ryan Hampton

Either this is a scam/fake or Minus33 have radically changed their product. I've been ordering/using these hats regularly for the past 4 years; Before they were all big and definitely merino wool - very warm (if not windproof). This latest order (November 1, 2018) is a HUGE disappointment. First, I don't think it's merino; Rather, it is small and stretchy, like spandex or other synthetic-based stretchy materials. Second, I have a head size of about 7-5/8, but this thing squeezes my head to the point that it's giving me a headache. DO NOT WEAR IT LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES! Strongly disappointed. And if you notice in the reviews, in November and December 2018 there is a current trend of such reviews. is it fake Minus 33 has started to replace non-wool fabrics but still claim wool? I don't know the answers but this is a poor quality product. I will not order again unless Minus 33 verify the quality of this line of products.
