I was skeptical about buying a knife from Amazon and really thought it needed sharpening, but I just wanted a knife that could store my camp kitchen . This knife was SO GOOD! It was sharp and cut through everything I used it for like butter! Even had to cut the paracord while camping and what took a pocket knife to cut a few slices just slipped through the cord! I also had to cut the dough and although it was soft it was usually mushy and this knife just cut through, not flattened dough! I was so pleasantly surprised and would happily use this knife every day instead of my regular kitchen knives. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌🏼
