Instead of providing a new bracelet, they force you to send a whole button, which still works great. so I spit in their soup, buy clips for your mittens and cut off the old strip there leaving just enough to attach the clips. now the device works great and slides over my hand and comes off like a wrist watch. very convenient. looks good.
