Review on Premium OMNI LINENS 24 Gold/Orange Stripe Bar Mops: High-Quality Towels for Restaurant and Commercial Kitchens - 32oz by Jennifer Lyon

I ordered a pack (24) of these to replace the similar ones (with the blue stripe) I use in my home kitchen - the ones I currently use have, about 4 years and just in exchange. When I received them, I immediately put them in the washing machine like I normally do (and like I've done dozens of times with my recent bar towels). After the FIRST WASH, about 1/4 of it completely dissolved and went straight to the bin as a pile of mostly threads. After just a wash or two I had to throw out about 6 more of these because the seams were unraveling. They are only used in home cooking, mainly for drying dishes and wiping tables. I don't want to think how useless they will be in professional use. Maybe I just got an unusually bad batch, but out of 24 of these, about 6 completely unraveled after the first wash, and another 6 or 8 have a stitching that unraveled on the first wash and is already starting to unravel. Attached are photos of some that were NOT thrown away after the first wash.
