The instructions were very simple and everything was clearly marked. It was easy to assemble. It took me maybe an hour or an hour and a half alone (travelling with dogs). It has more space than I expected and seems to be quite durable. I have a nice basket for the cats and a bowl on top to feed them (so the dogs can't get to eat it). Let's see how well it holds up. Seems to be good furniture. I have two fussy cats and upgraded to a smaller litter box prior to installation to ease the transition.
