A panty is just a tiny part of something that makes your skirt less soft.
I've often found that I need a little more fabric to make my soft skirts more flared. This little oversight does the trick. Just note that under the jumpsuit there is something like pants. I cut off my pants as I don't see the need to attach underwear to the jumpsuit.
