I'm sooo angry! Faulty wiring! The company did everything right <3
when i received my product, i used brand new batteries in it. I gave it to my fiancé as a fiance and it refuses to light up easily. You have to flip the switch between on and off and press it lightly for it to work. a simple frame, and yet they didn't wire it right! I only give her 2 stars. Because the wood is beautiful, looks rich and has a smooth black finish. UPDATED. After contacting the company, they happily replaced the non-working item free of charge. .Second point works well. and my husband loves the effect it has when lit up at night.
