Don't buy this. on knife sharpener

I bought a diamond blade knife sharpener for my kyocera 7 inch ceramic knife. It's gotten a little less spicy over the last few years and I thought this was the perfect way to bring it back. Wow! It was a big mistake. I put it through a knife sharpener as instructed and the knife actually dulled like a butter knife. The knife is now unusable. I am very disappointed in this product and would rate it much lower if I could.
