This refurbished unit would not turn on initially. After manually plugging in the power cord and twisting for a few minutes, nothing happened after that. replacement ordered. Had to wait for normal delivery. No special shipping conditions. Unfortunately, USPS took the return package when they shipped the replacement. So that disappeared when UPS showed up. Now we need to find the return package. Replacing the product does not help either. The device turns on, but the DSL signal is not received. Now I need to troubleshoot the DSL line to make sure it's not my service. It's so annoying.
